Unlike conventional skincare that often prioritizes aggressive cleansing or short-term cosmetic effects, we formulate with intention. Our Products are meticulously crafted in small batches using ethically sourced, plant-based ingredients, including botanical extracts, cold-pressed oils, and advanced bioferments. These components work synergistically to hydrate, protect, and reinforce the skin barrier and restore microbial balance, never to strip, disrupt, or overwhelm.

We are committed to transparency, sustainability, and efficacy. Every formula is free from parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, and other common irritants. 2. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To access certain features of the Site or purchase Products, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are a legal resident of the United States.
  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

These natural variations do not indicate product defect, reduced efficacy, or safety concerns and are not valid grounds for return or refund.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment Processing

  • We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). SkinBiome Beauty does not store your full credit card number or CVV.
  • Authorization holds may appear on your account immediately upon checkout; actual charges are processed once your order ships.

Taxes

  • Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and current state/local tax regulations.
  • Tax amounts are non-negotiable and reflect legal obligations; they are not included in promotional discounts or free shipping thresholds.

5. Order Placement, Acceptance, and Processing

Placing an order on our Site does not guarantee acceptance. SkinBiome Beauty reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, inventory shortages, or limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  • Contact you for additional verification before processing.

Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after placement.
  • Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details (USPS or UPS).

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Due to our rapid processing window, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel an order once submitted. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@skinbiomebeauty.com . We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.

6. Shipping Policy and Delivery Expectations

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

SkinBiome Beauty currently ships exclusively to physical addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes).

Free Standard Shipping

  • Available on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more before tax.
  • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Important: Free shipping is a courtesy, not a guaranteed service. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). SkinBiome Beauty is not liable for late deliveries under this option.

Expedited Shipping

  • Available at checkout for an additional fee (e.g., 2-Day or Overnight via UPS).
  • Expedited orders placed before 12 PM CT on business days typically ship the same day.
  • Even with expedited shipping, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by SkinBiome Beauty and are subject to carrier performance.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is emailed once your package leaves our Dallas facility.
  • If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of order placement, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • If tracking shows no movement or “In Transit” for an extended period, contact us immediately. We will initiate a trace with the carrier (USPS or UPS), which may take up to 5 business days to resolve.
  • No replacements or refunds will be issued until the carrier officially confirms the package as lost. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our Products. However, we recognize that skincare is deeply personal, and a Product that works beautifully for one person may not suit another. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of our small-batch production model.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date (as shown on your order confirmation).
  • Only full-sized Products purchased directly from www.skinbiomebeauty.com are eligible.
  • Products must be at least 75% full (i.e., minimally used, no more than 2–3 applications) and in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.
  • Exchanges are not offered at this time due to inventory and hygiene constraints.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (e.g., boutiques, marketplaces, pop-ups) cannot be returned to SkinBiome Beauty. Please contact the original seller for their return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Samples, trial sizes, gift sets (unless unopened and in original retail packaging), promotional items, or Products received as part of a bundle where other items have been used.
  • Products returned without prior authorization (see below).

Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Contact Customer Support First: Email hello@skinbiomebeauty.com with your order number, Product name(s), and reason for return. This step is mandatory.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll email a prepaid return shipping label and a return form.
  3. Pack Securely: Place the Product(s) and completed return form in a sturdy box. Ensure bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage.
  4. Ship Promptly: Affix the prepaid label and drop off the package with the designated carrier within 14 calendar days of receiving the label.
  5. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued for the Product cost only.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even on free shipping orders (as shipping is a fulfillment cost).
  • Return shipping is free only if you use our prepaid label. Unauthorized returns or use of alternate carriers will not be reimbursed.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Important Warning

We are not liable for returns lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if:

  • The return was not initiated through Customer Support.
  • The customer used their own shipping method without authorization.
  • The package was not properly packaged (e.g., leaking bottles, insufficient padding).

8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen during transit. If you receive:

  • Damaged or broken Products
  • Missing items from your order
  • Incorrect Products

Please follow these steps:

  • Contact hello@skinbiomebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery (15 days for “delivered but missing” packages).
  • Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of:
    • The damaged Product(s)
    • The shipping box (with label visible)
    • Any broken glass or leakage
  • We may request that you return the damaged item(s) to our Dallas warehouse for quality review before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Claims submitted outside the specified timeframes cannot be honored due to carrier and insurance limitations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and Product formulations, is the exclusive property of SkinBiome Beauty or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content.
  • Use any data-mining, scraping, or automated tools to extract information.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from our Site or Products.
  • Use SkinBiome Beauty’s name, logo, or trademarks without express written permission.

No Medical Claims:

SkinBiome Beauty Products are cosmetic, not pharmaceutical. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding benefits (e.g., “soothes,” “hydrates,” “supports barrier function”) are based on ingredient research and traditional use, not clinical drug trials.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkinBiome Beauty, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or skincare results, arising from your use of the Site, Products, or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) in question.
