That said, we understand that skincare is deeply personal. What works beautifully for one person may not be the right fit for another. That’s why we’ve designed a clear, fair, and straightforward Returns & Refund Policy to support you if a product doesn’t meet your expectations.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. By purchasing from www.skinbiomebeauty.com , you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on full-sized products purchased directly from SkinBiomeBeauty.com under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date (as shown on your order confirmation email).
  • Product Condition: Items must be at least 75% full (i.e., minimally used, no more than 2-3 applications) and in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number from SkinBiomeBeauty.com is required.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers (e.g., boutiques, marketplaces, pop-up shops, or authorized resellers). Please contact the original seller for their return process.
  • Exchanges are not offered at this time due to our small-batch production model and inventory constraints. If you’d like to try a different product, we recommend processing a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
  • Samples, trial sizes, gift sets, promotional items, or products received as part of a bundle (where other items have been used) are final sale and non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly and promptly, you must follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Email us at hello@skinbiomebeauty.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  • Include:
    • Your full name and shipping address
    • Order number
    • Product(s) you wish to return
    • Brief reason for return (e.g., “not suitable for my skin,” “changed my mind”)

Critical: Returns sent without prior authorization from our Customer Support team will not be accepted and may be discarded without refund. We are not liable for unauthorized returns, lost, or damaged in transit.

Step 2: Await Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  • If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Form to include with your package.

Step 3: Pack & Ship Your Return

  • Securely pack the product(s) in a sturdy box or envelope.
    • Ensure bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage.
    • Include the completed Return Form inside the package.
  • Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
  • Drop off your package with the designated carrier (USPS or UPS) within 14 calendar days of receiving the return label.

Tip: Keep your carrier receipt or tracking number until your refund is processed, in case of shipping issues.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your return at our Dallas, Texas facility:

  • Our team will inspect the product(s) to verify eligibility (condition, quantity, packaging).
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., the credit card used at checkout).
  • Product cost only will be refunded.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even on orders that qualified for free shipping. (Free shipping is a courtesy, not a product feature.)
  • Return shipping is free only if you use our prepaid label. Unauthorized shipping methods will not be reimbursed.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Non-Eligible Returns & Exceptions

The following situations do not qualify for return or refund:

  • Products returned after 30 days from purchase date.
  • Products that are more than 25% used, empty, or missing.
  • Products with damaged, torn, or altered packaging.
  • Products purchased from any retailer other than SkinBiomeBeauty.com.
  • Returns shipped without prior authorization from Customer Support.
  • Returns received more than 14 days after the return label was issued.

In these cases, your package may be returned to you at your expense, or discarded without notice.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, incomplete, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right—at no cost to you.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or within 15 days if your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing).
  2. Email hello@skinbiomebeauty.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear, well-lit photos of:
      • The damaged/defective product(s)
      • The shipping box (with label visible)
      • Any spillage, breakage, or missing items
  3. We may ask you to return the damaged item(s) to our warehouse for quality review before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
  4. No return label or restocking fee will apply in these cases.

Note: Claims submitted outside the specified timeframes cannot be honored due to carrier and insurance requirements.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • If your package is marked “In Transit” but hasn’t moved in 5+ days, contact us immediately so we can initiate a carrier trace (may take up to 5 business days).
  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the carrier officially confirms the package as lost.
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
